Dr. Clement Iyoha

Dr. Clement Iyoha is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grace For All Nations Inc., a faith-based humanitarian organization established in 2019 with a mission to build lives, restore hope, and strengthen communities through faith and love. A visionary leader, minister, entrepreneur, author, and philanthropist, Dr. Iyoha has dedicated his life to serving God and humanity through ministry, community development, leadership, and charitable outreach. His passion for helping others stems from his personal journey of faith, perseverance, and a lifelong commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of people around the world. Born in Nigeria and having served across Africa, Europe, and North America, Dr. Iyoha has spent decades leading ministries, planting churches, mentoring leaders, and supporting humanitarian initiatives that address both spiritual and practical needs. His extensive international experience has given him a unique perspective on the challenges facing communities and the importance of compassionate, sustainable solutions. As the founder of Grace For All Nations Inc., Dr. Iyoha envisioned an organization that would serve as an extension of God’s grace to humanity. Under his leadership, the organization has developed programs focused on feeding the hungry, providing shelter for the homeless, supporting orphans and vulnerable children, combating human trafficking, delivering disaster relief, expanding access to clean water through borehole projects, and providing rehabilitation and support services for prisoners, veterans, and individuals in crisis. In addition to his humanitarian work, Dr. Iyoha is a successful business leader with a distinguished career in the automotive industry, where he earned national recognition for excellence in leadership, customer service, and sales performance. His professional success has provided a platform to inspire others and demonstrate how faith, integrity, and perseverance can transform lives. Dr. Iyoha is also an accomplished author, speaker, and mentor whose teachings focus on leadership, faith, purpose, personal development, and community transformation. Through his books, speaking engagements, and ministry activities, he continues to encourage people to pursue their God-given purpose and become agents of positive change in their communities. As Chairman of the Board, Dr. Iyoha provides strategic vision and leadership for Grace For All Nations Inc., ensuring that the organization remains faithful to its mission while expanding its impact across nations and cultures. He believes that every individual deserves dignity, hope, and the opportunity to thrive, and he remains committed to mobilizing people and resources to meet the needs of vulnerable communities worldwide. Merab Evelyn Iyoha

Merab Evelyn Iyoha is a compassionate leader, humanitarian, and advocate for children, families, and vulnerable communities. She serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Grace For All Nations Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to building lives, restoring hope, and strengthening communities through faith and love. As Co-Founder of Grace For All Nations Inc., Merab is driven by a deep passion to extend the grace and compassion of Christ to those facing hardship around the world. Her vision is to see hunger eradicated, families strengthened, children protected, and communities empowered through practical acts of love and service. Merab previously served as the Children and Benevolence Ministry Director for Spirit and Life Family Bible Church in Atlanta, Georgia, from 2016 to 2022. During her tenure, she provided leadership in children’s ministry, community outreach, family support initiatives, and benevolence programs that impacted countless lives. Her dedication to caring for others helped create a culture of compassion, service, and spiritual growth within the church community. A graduate of Benson Idahosa University in Nigeria, Merab combines her educational background with years of ministry experience, community engagement, and nonprofit leadership. She is known for her servant’s heart, strong faith, and unwavering commitment to helping those in need. Merab believes that every child deserves an opportunity to thrive, every family deserves hope, and every person deserves to experience the love of God. Her life’s mission is to be a voice for the vulnerable and a catalyst for positive change both locally and globally. Together with her husband, Dr. Clement Iyoha, she works tirelessly to advance humanitarian initiatives, support underserved communities, and fulfill the biblical mandate found in Matthew 25:37–40 by serving “the least of these” with dignity, compassion, and love. Chantelle Michell

Chantelle Mitchell serves as a Manager and Board Member of Grace For All Nations Inc., where she has faithfully served since the organization’s inception in 2019. As one of the founding leaders of the organization, Chantelle has played an important role in supporting the vision, mission, and growth of Grace For All Nations Inc. from its earliest days. A passionate advocate for personal growth, empowerment, and community transformation, Chantelle is deeply committed to helping individuals discover their purpose, pursue their dreams, and reach their full potential. She believes that every person possesses unique gifts and talents and that with the right support, encouragement, and opportunities, lives can be transformed and futures can be changed. As a member of the Board of Directors, Chantelle helps provide leadership, guidance, and strategic oversight to ensure that Grace For All Nations Inc. remains focused on its mission of building lives, restoring hope, and strengthening communities through faith and love. Her dedication to servant leadership and community impact has helped shape the organization’s culture of compassion, excellence, and service. In her role as Manager, Chantelle actively supports humanitarian initiatives, community outreach programs, and organizational development efforts. Abdulla Al-Jurf

Abdulla Al-Jurf serves as Manager and Director of the African and Middle Eastern Networks for Grace For All Nations Inc. As one of the organization’s newest leadership team members, he brings a strong passion for humanitarian service, international collaboration, and community development across some of the world’s most vulnerable regions. In his role, Abdulla helps build strategic partnerships, coordinate outreach initiatives, and expand Grace For All Nations Inc.'s presence throughout Africa and the Middle East. His commitment to fostering relationships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, faith-based groups, and humanitarian partners plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s global mission. Abdulla is deeply passionate about addressing some of humanity’s greatest challenges, particularly poverty, hunger, and economic hardship. He believes that every individual deserves access to basic necessities, opportunities for growth, and the dignity that comes from living with hope and purpose. His vision aligns closely with Grace For All Nations Inc.’s commitment to serving vulnerable communities through compassionate action and sustainable solutions. As a leader, Abdulla is dedicated to supporting initiatives that provide food for the hungry, clean water access, disaster relief, orphan care, community development, and programs that empower families and individuals to overcome adversity. Kendyl Brown

Kendyl Brown serves as the North America Outreach Director and Manager for Grace For All Nations Inc. Since the organization’s inception, he has been a dedicated leader, helping advance the organization’s mission of bringing hope, compassion, and practical assistance to underserved communities both domestically and internationally. As a key member of the fundraising team, Kendyl has played an instrumental role in securing support for numerous overseas humanitarian projects. His leadership and commitment have helped provide essential resources for programs focused on poverty relief, hunger eradication, education, disaster response, and community development in some of the world’s most vulnerable regions. Kendyl is especially passionate about serving those who have sacrificed for their country. He has helped lead initiatives that meet the needs of disabled veterans, providing support through outreach programs, community partnerships, and access to critical resources that improve their quality of life. Known for his integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to service, Kendyl continues to strengthen Grace For All Nations’ outreach efforts by building strategic partnerships, coordinating fundraising initiatives, and inspiring others to make a meaningful difference. Tammy Owens

Tammy Owens serves as the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) of Grace For All Nations Inc. and has been an integral part of the organization since its inception in 2019. As a founding member of the leadership team, she has played a vital role in developing and advancing the organization’s humanitarian programs and community outreach initiatives. Driven by a deep passion for serving others, Tammy is a dedicated advocate for individuals and families facing hardship. She is particularly committed to providing shelter for the homeless, food for the hungry, and support for those experiencing difficult life circumstances. Her compassionate leadership reflects the core mission of Grace For All Nations Inc.—building lives, restoring hope, and strengthening communities through faith and love. As Chief Programs Officer, Tammy oversees the planning, development, and implementation of the organization’s charitable programs, ensuring that resources are effectively directed toward meeting the needs of vulnerable populations. Nikki Grover

Nikki Grover serves as the Accountant for Grace For All Nations Inc. and is a valued member of the organization's executive leadership team. Since the inception of Grace For All Nations Inc. in 2019, Nikki has faithfully supported the ministry's mission and operations, working diligently behind the scenes to help build a strong foundation for sustainable growth and long-term impact. In addition to overseeing financial accountability and stewardship, Nikki serves as the organization's Corporate Strategist and Digital Marketing Director. Her unique combination of financial expertise, strategic planning, and digital communications has been instrumental in helping Grace For All Nations Inc. expand its reach, strengthen its organizational infrastructure, and effectively communicate its mission to supporters, partners, and communities around the world. As Corporate Strategist, Nikki helps guide organizational development, strategic initiatives, and long-term planning efforts that position Grace For All Nations Inc. for continued growth and effectiveness. Her ability to combine vision with practical execution has contributed significantly to the organization's advancement and stability. As Digital Marketing Director, she leads efforts to enhance the organization's online presence, increase public awareness, and engage donors, volunteers, and community partners through innovative communication strategies and digital outreach initiatives. Her work helps ensure that the message of hope, compassion, and service reaches a broader audience across multiple platforms. Dr. Princess Millens serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Grace For All Nations Inc., where she provides strategic financial leadership and organizational oversight in support of the ministry's mission to build lives, restore hope, and strengthen communities through faith and love. As a founding member of the organization, she has been actively involved since its inception in 2019, helping to establish a strong foundation for sustainable growth and global impact. A respected leader, author, speaker, and mentor, Dr. Millens is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's most difficult challenges and emerge with renewed purpose and strength. Through her writing, speaking engagements, and coaching, she empowers people who have experienced loss, grief, trauma, and major life transitions to find healing, recovery, and hope while rediscovering their passion for life and leadership. Prior to her involvement with Grace For All Nations Inc., Dr. Millens faithfully served in ministry leadership at Spirit and Life Family Bible Church in Atlanta, Georgia, where she provided spiritual guidance, pastoral care, leadership development, and support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. As an accomplished author and public speaker, Dr. Millens has inspired audiences through her message of resilience, faith, emotional healing, and personal transformation. Kha Tran

Kha Tran serves as the Secretary of Grace For All Nations Inc., a position he has faithfully held since the organization's inception in 2019. As a founding leader, he has played an important role in helping establish the organization's administrative foundation, governance structure, and international outreach initiatives. In his role as Secretary, Kha provides organizational leadership, maintains corporate records, supports board operations, and helps ensure that Grace For All Nations Inc. remains focused on its mission of building lives, restoring hope, and strengthening communities through faith and love. In addition to his responsibilities as Secretary, Kha serves as the Director of the Asia-Pacific Network, where he helps coordinate partnerships, humanitarian initiatives, and ministry relationships throughout the Asia-Pacific region. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the organization's global reach and fostering meaningful connections with churches, community leaders, and charitable organizations across diverse cultures and nations. Charles William

Charles William serves as a Board Member and Director of Transportation for Grace For All Nations Inc., where he provides leadership, strategic guidance, and oversight in support of the organization’s humanitarian mission. Since joining the leadership team, Charles has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that improve the lives of individuals and families facing hardship. One of his most significant contributions has been helping establish the Grace For All Nations Auto Giveaway Program, a life-changing initiative that provides reliable transportation to individuals and families in need. Charles understands that access to dependable transportation can open the door to employment, education, healthcare, and greater independence. His vision has enabled many people to overcome transportation barriers and move toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency. Charles previously served as a Board Member of The Apostolic Church in Marietta, Georgia, where he faithfully supported ministry initiatives and community outreach efforts. His years of service reflect a lifelong commitment to faith, servant leadership, and helping those facing difficult circumstances. He has a special passion for serving single parents, recognizing the unique challenges they often face while providing for their families. Through his leadership and compassionate outreach, Charles has helped connect individuals with safe shelter, dependable transportation, and practical resources that restore dignity and create opportunities for a better future. As Director of Transportation, Charles oversees transportation-related initiatives and helps develop programs that remove barriers preventing individuals and families from achieving financial stability and personal success. His practical approach to ministry demonstrates that meeting everyday needs is an important expression of God’s love and compassion. Known for his integrity, generosity, and heart for service, Charles is a trusted leader whose commitment to helping others has made a lasting impact on Grace For All Nations Inc. and the communities it serves.
